Can I change my order?

We are able to make some changes prior to the order being shipped. If your order has not shipped and you need to make a change, please email us - support@johnson-leather.com
Once a package is shipped or in the process of being shipped, we are not able to make any changes to shipping-related issues or item size / color modifications.
*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
